2. What we collect and why

Case form. Business profile, industry, geography, needs and contact details you submit. Submissions are relayed to us by the form delivery service Web3Forms acting as a processor. Purpose: assessing your case and making introductions. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Consultation booking. Name, e-mail, selected slot and payment status, processed through our booking and payment providers (e.g. a scheduling service and Stripe). We never receive your full card data. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)); invoicing data are kept under legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
Correspondence. E-mails and messages you send us. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding (art. 6(1)(f)).
Technical data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Sharing

We share your case details with a specific provider only to make the introduction you asked for. Processors we use (hosting, scheduling, payments, e-mail) act under data processing agreements. Some processors may be located outside the EEA; transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Case and correspondence data: up to 3 years after last contact. Invoicing data: as required by Spanish tax law. You can ask us to delete earlier where no legal obligation applies.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to [email protected]. You may complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
